Q: What is Haüs Of Growlers return/refund policy?

A: Hey, we are human too, and we understand things go wrong. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase when you receive it, you can return it for a full refund (generally takes up to 15 days to receive your money back) or exchange, no questions asked. 

Q: The item I like is "SOLD OUT", will Haüs Of Growlers have it again?

A: In most cases yes. Unless, it is a limited edition production.  We only make a certain number of those and once they are gone, that is it.


Q: How much is shipping?

A: Shipping is $4.99 for most product on our website across the continental United States. For multiple items, shipping will increase. For Hawaii, Alaska and International shipping, we will pass along whatever charge the carrier charges us. There will be a tax of 8.25% charged on the total price in Texas.


Q: What forms of payment does Haüs Of Growlers accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards, debit cards & PayPal.

 

Q: How do I clean my growler when I am done?

A: Once you have poured the last greatness from your growler, the proper growler care is to rinse your growler with hot water a couple times, drain it and then let air dry upside down (handle pointing down) so all water can get out. Growlers are NOT dishwasher safe. Once your growler has dried, take it back to your favorite filling location, most will sanitize it and then refill it for you.
